Gizlilik Politikası — Film Hafızam

Film Hafızam ("uygulama"), izlediğin film ve dizileri kişisel olarak kaydetmen için tasarlanmış, tamamen ücretsiz ve reklamsız bir uygulamadır. Gizliliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verilerin işlendiğini ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar.

Kısaca

• Hesap yok, giriş yok. Uygulamayı kullanmak için kayıt olman gerekmez.
• Verilerin cihazında kalır. Oluşturduğun tüm içerik yalnızca telefonunda saklanır; bize ait bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
• Reklam ve takip yok. Üçüncü taraf analiz, reklam veya izleme aracı kullanmıyoruz.
• Verini satmıyor, paylaşmıyoruz.

Topladığımız / işlediğimiz veriler

Uygulama bize herhangi bir kişisel veri göndermez. Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca senin cihazında (yerel depolama) tutulur:

• Eklediğin film/diziler ve bunlara dair bilgiler: izleme durumu, verdiğin puan, izleme tarihi, kiminle/nerede izlediğin, notların, etiketlerin.
• Uygulama tercihlerin: dil, ülke, tema, vurgu rengi, uygulama simgesi, hatırlatıcı ayarı, Film Bingo ilerlemen.

Bu verilerin hiçbiri tarafımızca toplanmaz veya görülmez.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

TMDB (The Movie Database)

Uygulama; film/dizi araması, keşif ve görseller için TMDB API'sini kullanır. Bir arama yaptığında veya içerik keşfettiğinde, arama sorgun ve ilgili istek TMDB'ye gönderilir. Bu istekler TMDB'nin kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir: themoviedb.org/privacy-policy

Bu ürün TMDB API'sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmamış veya sertifikalanmamıştır.

Fragman izlemek istediğinde uygulama, cihazındaki YouTube uygulamasını veya tarayıcıyı açabilir; bu durumda ilgili servisin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.

Yedekleme (senin başlattığın)

"Google Drive'a yedekle" özelliğini kullandığında, kütüphane verini içeren bir yedek dosyası oluşturulur ve senin seçtiğin hedefe (ör. Google Drive, e-posta, dosya) cihazının paylaşım menüsü üzerinden gönderilir. Bu noktadan sonra veri, seçtiğin hizmetin gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Biz bu veriye erişemeyiz.

Cihaz izinleri

Uygulama, yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığında ve isteğe bağlı olarak şu izinleri isteyebilir:

• İnternet: TMDB'den içerik çekmek için.
• Bildirimler: yarım kalan içerikler için hatırlatıcı (yalnızca sen açarsan).
• Fotoğraf/Medya: "Hikâye" görselini galerine kaydetmek için (yalnızca sen kaydetmek istediğinde).

Bu izinler yerel işlevler içindir; hiçbir veri bize gönderilmez.

Verinin saklanması ve silinmesi

Verin, sen silene kadar cihazında kalır. İstediğin zaman Profil → "Tüm verileri temizle" ile tüm verini silebilir veya uygulamayı kaldırarak cihazdan tamamen kaldırabilirsin.

Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Zaten bize hiçbir veri iletilmediği için, tüm veriler kullanıcının cihazında kalır.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada, güncel "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy — Film Hafızam

Film Hafızam (the "app") is a completely free, ad-free app for personally tracking the movies and TV shows you watch. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed and how it is protected.

In short

• No account, no login. You don't need to register to use the app.
• Your data stays on your device. Everything you create is stored only on your phone; it is never sent to any server of ours.
• No ads, no tracking. We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
• We do not sell or share your data.

Data we collect / process

The app does not send any personal data to us. The following data is kept only on your device (local storage):

• The movies/TV shows you add and related details: watch status, your rating, watch date, who/where you watched with, your notes and tags.
• Your app preferences: language, country, theme, accent color, app icon, reminder setting, and your Film Bingo progress.

None of this data is collected by or visible to us.

Third-party services

TMDB (The Movie Database)

The app uses the TMDB API for movie/TV search, discovery, and images. When you search or browse, your search query and the related request are sent to TMDB. These requests are subject to TMDB's own privacy policy: themoviedb.org/privacy-policy

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

When you choose to watch a trailer, the app may open the YouTube app or a browser on your device; that service's own privacy policy then applies.

Backup (initiated by you)

When you use "Back up to Google Drive," a backup file containing your library is created and sent, via your device's share sheet, to a destination you choose (e.g., Google Drive, email, files). From that point, the data is subject to the privacy policy of the service you chose. We cannot access this data.

Device permissions

The app may request the following permissions, only when you use the related feature and optionally:

• Internet: to fetch content from TMDB.
• Notifications: reminders for unfinished titles (only if you enable them).
• Photos/Media: to save the "Story" image to your gallery (only when you choose to save).

These permissions serve local functions; no data is sent to us.

Data storage and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete all your data anytime via Profile → "Clear all data," or remove it entirely by uninstalling the app.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children. Since no data is transmitted to us at all, all data remains on the user's device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
